Your wedding flowers won’t just make your wedding and reception look pretty - if you choose the right varieties, your wedding can also smell good. Here are some great options that smell (and look) great:

dianthus.jpg

Dianthus - These pretty pink blooms smell spicy and rich, making them especially great for a fall or winter wedding.

Jasmine - Too much jasmine can be a bit overpowering, but this small flower can work well as a filler and used sparingly, they smell great without overwhelming the wedding.

carnations.jpg

Carnations - If you love the smell of roses but don’t have a budget to place them everywhere, try carnations. They’re less expensive but still look and smell beautiful.

For the tables at the reception, you’ll get the most “smell” out of your flowers if you use potted plants instead of cut flowers. Lilacs, magnolias, and and any of the options listed above all work well for that beautiful scent at your reception.
